From Shanken:
Vermont distiller American Crafted Spirits is set to begin production at its new facility this December. Located in Windsor’s Industrial Park—also home to craft beer company Harpoon Brewery—the $1 million, 3,000-square-foot small-batch distillery will focus on corn, wheat and rye spirits. American Crafted Spirits CEO Peter Jill son recently told local media that the company’s first entry will be Silo Vodka, a vodka range made with locally grown grains. Later on, Jillson plans to add a gin, flavored vodka and brown spirits to the distillery’s portfolio. American Crafted Spirits, which first broke ground on its Windsor facility in January, will initially distribute throughout Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine
