NEW YORK, Dec. 9, 2023 /Last night, Bulleit Frontier Whiskey celebrated the first year of The Bulleit Pioneer Project — its multi-year commitment to championing and amplifying those breaking new ground in culture. This anniversary event brought together pioneers across art, music, food, and drinks for a day of activities that culminated in a massive bash against the backdrop of Miami's Art Basel.

The celebration unfolded in two parts: first, a day-long brand-building workshop for up-and-coming artists, marking the last chapter and completion of Bulleit's 100-Hour Commitment– a year-long commitment to providing up-and-coming artists with 100 hours of mentorship from established talent thanks to Bulleit's long-standing relationship with music and creator platform, UnitedMasters. The workshop was then capped off by a showcase event where visual artists and musicians took the spotlight, displaying the breadth of Bulleit's commitment and year-long reach.

Clocking in 100 hours of mentorship
The day of festivities commenced with an end-to-end brand immersion experience designed to help up-and-coming musicians develop their personal brand. Expert mentors, including Cortez Bryant (talent manager and Co-CEO of The Blueprint Group), Melissa Newhart (Executive of Music Brand Partnerships at UTA), Darren Talud (Sr. Manager of Digital Content at Roc Nation), and Kah Li Haslam (Creative Strategist), offered their guidance in a series of bespoke mentorship sessions covering brand strategy, curation and creation of a visual identity and voice, marketing tactics, and more. During the day, mentees also took to the streets of Miami, guided by local artists such as Hassni Caina (Fashion Stylist and Designer) and P The Kid (Photographer), to jumpstart and craft personalized brand books, infusing individuality into each artist's narrative.

The experience finished at night, with mentees taking to the stage at Bulleit's celebratory event, showcasing their talents in live performances for a room buzzing with professional artists, press, and industry greats.

Celebrating music, art, and food
The night came alive at SVN Suite in Wynwood, the epicenter of street art and a hotspot for renowned artists from across the globe. Alongside the live performances by UnitedMasters mentees, visual artists Graph Atik, Peyton The Artist, and Ange Hillz displayed their latest artwork across the venue. This was the artists' first time exhibiting their pieces during Miami Art Week's activities, made possible thanks to Bulleit's ongoing partnership with Actively Black, who is on a mission to continue highlighting Black talent that needs to be seen.

Bulleit also joined forces with African Chop House, a collective set out to celebrate African culture through food, music, and people, who curated a bespoke menu inspired by the different flavors and cultures that make up Miami, including Coconut Curry Chicken Bites, a Shrimp & Conch Ceviche, Kung Pao Mushrooms, and their world-famous Jollof Rice.

EUGENE, OREGON – December 5, 2023 – Today, Wolf Spirit’s Puncher’s Chance® Bourbon announces the fifth release in its award-winning portfolio of fine whiskeys. Puncher’s Chance THE UNIFIED BELT is a limited-release, three-cask blend of fine Bourbon and Irish Whiskey, serving as the follow up to Puncher’s Chance THE UNDISPUTED Bourbon, which won a Platinum Medal and Best in Show 2nd Runner Up honors at Tony Abou-Ganim’s heralded TAG World Spirits Awards in the American Bourbon Single Barrel category.

With barrels sourced by IJW Whiskey Company of Louisville, KY and crafted by IJW Master Blender Steven Hughes, THE UNIFIED BELT is the first cross-category whiskey blend from Wolf Spirit. First into the ring is a four-year-old high-rye base Kentucky Straight Bourbon distilled with a proprietary yeast and aged to four years in barrels featuring a #4 alligator char aged at a traditional rickhouse in Danville, KY; the mash bill being 70% corn, 20% rye, 10% malt. That is married to a four-year-old Irish Whiskey crafted from 100% malted barley and proprietary yeast, then aged in former Bourbon barrels in a palletized warehouse in Ireland. To add further complexity and depth, a third cask joins the lineup, this being a 14-year-old Bourbon finished in first-fill Pedro Ximenez and Olorosso Sherry casks for up to 15 months. The mash bill of this precious liquid is 84% corn, 8% rye and 10% malt.

“Like we did with Puncher’s Chance THE LEFT CROSS, which was finished in Jamaican rum casks, we wanted to push our creativity to create a truly multidimensional whiskey experience,” said Umberto Luchini, Founder of Wolf Spirit. “The Bourbon and Irish Whiskey created an intriguing blend, but I think it was the addition of the 14-year-old Bourbon finished in sherry casks that really created something unexpected and special in THE UNIFIED BELT, which is the hallmark of the Puncher’s Chance brand.”

At the ring of the bell, The UNIFIED BELT enters with dark fruit, orchard fruit and cocoa, which are perfectly balanced with layers of warm oak and baking spice. The finish is long with hints vanilla and baked green apples. The Unified Belt is bottled at a very approachable 96 proof and retails at $149.99 for a 750 ml.

The brand name of Puncher’s Chance itself is a boxing reference, denoting that almost anyone is possible of a knockout punch, no matter what the odds. For the uninitiated in the boxing arena, a unified belt or champion is a boxer who holds at least two world championships of major sanctioning bodies in their respective division, lending the name well to a rare Bourbon/Irish Whiskey blend.

HAMILTON, Bermuda, Nov. 30, 2023-- DEWAR's® Blended Scotch Whisky, the world's most awarded Blended Scotch, hosted a first-of-its-kind Michelin-star dinner helmed by celebrated French Chef Gabriel Kreuther and Detroit-raised Chef Charlie Mitchell, who recently became the first African American to win a Michelin star in New York City.

Designed to fete the launch of DEWAR's Double Double 37 Year Old Blended Malt, the Double Double menu celebrated the seamless coming together of distinct styles and flavors of the impressive chef duo, as well as the coming together of expertly blended malts in the 37 year old Scotch whisky.

The dinner reflected the chefs' respective styles, from Chef Charlie Mitchell's trailblazing take on New American cuisine to Chef Kreuther's French discipline, expressed at his eponymous two-star Michelin restaurant. For a clever double entendre on the DEWAR's Double Double range the 'double' menu was a veritable dialogue between the duo, spoken through the pairings. While the Dewar's Double Double series is traditionally savored on its own, the chefs ingeniously infused their creativity into crafting cocktails, encompassing:

  • Hokkaido Uni Bibimbap paired with DEWAR'S Double Double 21 Year Old Mizunara Oak Cask finished whisky via a reimagined take on the classic Boulevardier cocktail. This innovative version is delicately stirred over koshikari rice, masterfully blending, and introducing new, flavors.
  • Black Perigord Truffle, infused with DEWAR'S DOUBLE DOUBLE 27 Year Old Washed Pearled Barley. Complemented with German Butterball-Nori Espuma and Fried Dulce Seaweed, this dish pairs perfectly with a floral rendition on an Old Fashioned, skillfully highlighting the multifaceted character of DEWAR'S Double Double 27 Year Old Palo Cortado Cask Finish, with hints of lilac, lavender and green chartreuse.
  • Japanese A5 Wagyu Steak and Blue Lobster are paired with DEWAR'S Double Double 32 Year Old Pedro Ximenez Cask Finish. It becomes the first spirits distillate to achieve this certification designated by Regenified, a leading third-party regenerative agricultural verification and supply chain-solution company. This historic barrel filling was made possible by the strong partnership and shared vision between Maker's Mark and its long-term partner farmers in the Kentucky community who supply its corn and distinctive flavoring grain of red winter wheat, which together make up 86% of the iconic Kentucky bourbon's mashbill. To be Certified Regenified, more than 75% of the grains in the mashbill must be sourced from Certified Regenified farms that have demonstrated a commitment, like Maker's Mark, to restoring and revitalizing our most precious resource – our soil – through regenerative agriculture practices. Each of the brand's corn and wheat farm partners achieved Regenified certification this fall.

SAN ANTONIO, Nov. 30, 2023 - This NFL season, Crown Royal, the first-ever whisky partner of the National Football League has honored those who selflessly serve others as part of year three of their Kick Off with Crown (KOWC) campaign. For over a decade, Crown Royal has supported the military and like-minded charitable organizations by shining a spotlight on their service and giving back to them. This past Monday, the award-winning whisky brand continued this work by teaming up with NFL Legend, DeMarcus Ware and country music sensation BRELAND to host hundreds of veteran and active military members for a memorable game day experience filled with football, cocktails and music! This event was the culmination of the NFL football season where Crown turned the tables to serve those who serve our country.

Throughout the evening, guests indulged in premium Crown Royal cocktails, enjoyed delectable treats from local establishments, satisfying their game day cravings and enjoyed activities, such as a trading card photo station, that added to the excitement of the evening. As a gesture of appreciation, Crown Royal gifted active duty members with the iconic purple bag filled with premium items sourced from Bunker Labs, a non-profit organization supporting veterans and veteran-owned businesses. DJ Recess was also on hand to keep the energy high during plays and commercial breaks throughout the event.

Grammy Nominated Artist-Songwriter BRELAND graced the stage with a show-stopping halftime performance featuring his hit songs, "My Truck" and "High Horse," giving guests an unforgettable experience as he expressed gratitude to the military community for their service.

Leading up to Giving Tuesday, Crown Royal kicked off Thanksgiving week and hosted an exclusive NFL watch party for the dedicated staff and volunteers of their charity partner, Feeding America's NYC chapter, City Harvest. The event served as an expression of gratitude to their amazing volunteers and allowed attendees to raise a glass and toast to their own ongoing service.
