Hollow Creek Distillery is a family-owned, small-batch distillery located in Leesville, South Carolina, near the shores of Lake Murray. Owned and operated by Craig and Meredith Amick, the business is built on a legacy of ten generations in the area, dating back to a 1700s land grant from King George II.
