Laws Whiskey House is a Denver, Colorado-based distillery founded in 2011 by Al and Marianne Laws that focuses on a "grain-to-glass" approach, using heirloom grains from two Colorado family farms. The distillery is known for its commitment to traditional methods, including open-air fermentation and sour mash, and its flagship Four Grain Straight Bourbon, which uses a mash bill of 60% corn, 20% heirloom wheat, 10% heirloom rye, and 5% heirloom malted barley.
