Anchorage Distillery, established in 2015, is a craft distillery located in Anchorage, Alaska. They specialize in producing small-batch spirits using locally sourced ingredients, including barley and rye from Alaska's interior and fresh glacier water from the Eklutna glacier. This "grain-to-glass" approach highlights the unique characteristics of Alaskan agriculture.

Their product line includes Aurora Gin, Glacier Vodka, and various flavored vodkas and whiskeys. Notably, their Aurora Gin is made with barley grown near Denali's peak and botanicals inspired by the Aurora Borealis, offering a smooth and malty taste with notes of juniper, citrus, and baking spices. Their whiskeys are made with wheat and barley from the Talkeetna and Chugach mountain ranges and aged in new oak barrels, resulting in a unique and smooth spirit with notes of baking spice, vanilla, caramel, and orange.

Anchorage Distillery has received recognition for its spirits, including a Gold Medal for their Aurora Gin at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Their small batch whiskey also earned Gold at the same competition in 2023.
