Ko‘olau Distillery guests experience 6-step process and tasting
(Honolulu, Hawai‘i, October 23, 2019) – Veteran-owned and -operated Ko‘olau Distillery today announced the launch of its new whiskey tours where you can learn more about the crafting of its Old Pali Road Whiskey. The distillery is located in the Kapa‘a Quarry Industrial Park at 905 Kalaniana‘ole Hwy., Unit 5014, Kailua. Visitors can book a 45-minute informative, guided tour by whiskey aficionados online at www.koolaudistillery.com or call (808) 261-0685.
Ko‘olau Distillery Co-Founder and CEO Eric Dill said, “We have had a lot of requests to visit our working distillery and are now delighted to welcome guests to share our story and experience our unique whiskey-making process.”
Guests take a six-step journey through the entire whiskey-making process, beginning with an introduction to the local ingredients used and how they contribute to Old Pali Road Whiskey’s unique flavor. Next, guests learn about mashing, fermenting, distilling and aging, before bottle-filling and -labeling by hand. The tour ends with a whiskey tasting.
Tours are only available to adults 21 years and older with a valid ID.

All distillery tours include a guided six-step interactive experience with an Old Pali Road Whiskey tasting and a souvenir glass. Major credit cards are accepted.
