Honestly, my wife and I did not care for the Bourbon Whiskey, it needs to age more, it has a big bite and has not mellowed out. We have had all the whiskeys and bourbons that Arrow wine sells, unfortunately this will not be a repeat purchase at this time. I do look forward to a few more years in the barrel to give another try.

I strongly disliked it. Very harsh bite, strong smoky almost chemical flavor. Not the smooth buttery sweet flavors I prefer in a bourbon. I was really shocked this was a wheated bourbon. Just about every rye I've had is smoother and sweeter than this wheated bourbon.
