Black Saddle Bourbon Whiskey Aged 12 Years -- 45% ABV, 375 ml, 750 ml, 1 L, 1.5 L.

I'm surprised this is a 12 year old bourbon. It doesn't have the complexity of flavor that I'm used to in a relatively long-aged spirit. I feel the burn in the nose, taste the carmel, maybe a little vanilla, but nothing particularly rich, deep, or mouth opening. The finish is a slight burn and maybe a hint licorice? Out of 100, maybe a 75 or so by my inexpert palate.
