About Silent Brigade Distillery:

The distillery is named after the Silent Brigade (also known as the Night Riders), a secret group of farmers in the early 1900s who fought against the American Tobacco Company’s monopoly in Western Kentucky. The founders, a former boilermaker and a crane operator, leveraged their technical skills to design and build the distillery’s own equipment.

Spirits & Offerings

The distillery produces various spirits using local grains and traditional methods.

• Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey: This was the first bourbon released in Paducah since Prohibition. It features a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% barley.
• Handcrafted Moonshine: They are widely recognized for their flavored moonshines ($29.50 per bottle), including:
  • Apple Pie (a local favorite)
  • Blackberry
  • Chocolate Coconut
  • Pina Colada
• Full-Service Bar: Visitors can enjoy handcrafted specialty cocktails, such as a Moonshine Mule or a Moonshine Bloody Mary, often served by the same people who distill the spirits.
